Responsibilities include personally driving HSE critical activities, conducting safety checks, assisting in performance evaluations, and participating in rig move operations. The ideal candidate should have a BS Degree in health and safety or any other relevant major, along with 15 years of experience in rig operations. They should also possess a strong understanding of HSE principles, regulations, and best practices, as well as the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others. Hands-on coaching to rig crew by participating in various in operational activities.
Certifications required for this position include accredited assessment and verification qualifications, safety accreditation from Occupational Safety and Health Profession, and any other professional qualification considered beneficial.
